One-on-One. In the White Mountains. Built Around You.

I'm Chris Leston. Sober since 2006, doing this work since 2009. Away Recovery is where I do intensive, private, one-on-one work with men who can't afford to fall apart publicly but know they can't keep coasting either.

This isn't group therapy and it isn't a 30-day program. It's three to ten days, just you and me, built around what you're actually dealing with.

Three Ways In

Most guys start with the workbook or the group. Some go straight to one-on-one. Either way works.

1. Start With the Workbook A guided reflection workbook, built for you specifically after a short intake. Work through it on your own, with a few virtual sessions with me along the way. For guys who want to start doing the work before deciding on anything bigger.

2. Join a Group Reboot Three nights, a small group of men, real structure. The next one is October 16–18 in Candia, NH — see below.

3. Go Straight to One-on-One Private, intensive, fully built around you. This is where the deepest work happens — most guys who start with the workbook or a reboot end up here eventually.

October 16–18, 2026 · Candia, NH · $1,100 all-inclusive

Three nights. A small group of men — 14 to 16 spots. Lodging, meals, and real programming, all included.

This isn't recovery-specific and it's not a crisis intervention. None of these men were in crisis. That's exactly why they came.

It's application-based, not first-come-first-served. I'm looking for fit, not just people who can pay.

This is the main work I do.

Three to ten days, private, one-on-one, in the White Mountains. No group dynamics, no clinical environment, no curriculum pulled off a shelf. We build the days around your prework — what you're actually carrying, what's actually stuck.

Not everyone's ready to get on a plane or block out a week. If that's you, I build a personalized reflection workbook based on where you are, paired with a handful of virtual sessions to work through it together.

Some guys do the workbook and that's what they needed. Some guys do the workbook and realize they need to be in the room with me. Either way, you'll know more than you did before you started.

Sober since January 2006. In the recovery field since 2009 — over a decade inside residential treatment before I built this.

I'm not a clinician. What I bring is having lived it, and having sat across from hundreds of men going through the same thing.

Wherever you start — workbook, reboot, or one-on-one — the door's the same.
